Last year, New Moon Trading Cards were released in US. These were not available here until now and sadly are not cheap. In CNA you can buy these for R29.95 a pack of 6 (which is the only place I have seen them so far). However, they really are amazing and worth collecting. At the back of each card, they have quotes & story lines from the movie.
The complete set consists of 72 Base Cards, featuring 27 Character Cards & 45 Movie Story Cards. There are 25 bonus cards, consisting of 9-card puzzle of New Moon, 6-card puzzle of The Wolfpack, 6-card set of The Volturi Coven, 3-card set of Seeing Alice & 1 Reckless Card.
If you let us know what you have doubles of, we could try help with swapping cards out. I have quite a few already, so start collecting !!
Here is a video interview with The Volturi and how they feel playing these red-eyed vampires.
Here is a clip that captures The Volturi Special features. It includes Robert Pattinson commentary among others and is worth the watch

The ‘Wolf Pack’ were spotted during filming of Eclipse and they look more cute than scary
They were even fraternizing with The Volturi, their enemy!!
- Now we see what the Ugg boots Summit gave the wolfpack was for….to keep them warm on set.
- Jared (Bronson Pelletier), trying to protect his ‘food’ from the vicious dog…
- Cameron Bright (Alec) peaking out from his trailer in full costume talking to Tyson Houseman (Quil).
- The pack sharing a joke with Alec! Guess he isn’t using his super powers.
- The first sighting of Charley Bewley (Demetri) in costume on set is very exciting. Looks like the Volturi have necklaces like Olympic god medals? LOL
Hollywood.com spoke to Charlie Bewley about his part as Demetri in The Twilight Saga: New Moon.
Charlie Bewley won’t say how old he is.
He also won’t elaborate on the details of his seemingly scandal-heavy past, which he alludes to frequently, nebulously describing it as “erratic, risky, bread-line. High highs, low lows.” In passing, he mentions turbulent romances and family dramas, and says he doesn’t really drink anymore, but keeps mum on the reasons why. He is decidedly mysterious. ”I have to be,” Bewley says.
Whats known is that Bewley is a British expat who worked several snow seasons in ski mecca Whistler after immigrating to Canada several years ago. For a time, he supported himself by driving a cab (“I had the most money out of all my friends”) and later moved to Vancouver, to pursue his acting career. The choice necessitated another move to Los Angeles in September of this year.
This is, of course, because Bewley plays the Volturi vampire Demetri, in the upcoming New Moon Movie.
Bewley’s role in New Moon is his first professional acting gig, however, he says he doesn’t feel “suddenly famous”.
“Italy was a dream. Very surreal,” says Bewley. ”I think everyone there, no matter who it was, Rob [Pattinson], Kristen [Stewart], Chris [Weitz] or anyone else would say that it was an experience that they may never go through again. The hospitality of the whole thing, the way they treated us, the whole setting was so magnificent.”
So, perhaps he is taking the part of Demetri just a little too serious, or perhaps being all mysterious, is the best defense for when he gets chased by the fans and pappz.
