New Moon Bonus Clip

Wow, I can barely contain myself with all the Twilight excitement; The first Eclipse Trailer was only just released, Remember me is in theatres, the Runaways is coming soon and there are tons more Twi-lated treats on the way…

And now this: there is another clip off of the New Moon DVD from the bonus features that gives us a nice look into Eclipse -which without a doubt is going to the best of the best by the looks of things! Well I seem to think so at this point

Here is the bonus material and I just love how the cast is in costume and I think they look even better than they did in New Moon -if that is even possible!!

The Runaways Premiere

Last night was the world-wide premiere of The Runaways in LA, California. Here are some photos from the red carpet of the beautiful Kristen Stewart & Dakota Fanning. Also in attendance was Joan Jett (who Kristen plays) and Cherie Currie (who Dakota plays) and showing his support for his fellow Eclipse co-stars is Taylor Lautner I love their dresses What do you think?

The new trailer for The Runaways was just released and I must say I am quite excited to see this movie. Kristen Stewart & Dakota Fanning’s portrayals of Joan Jett & Cherie Currie looks really amazing and they seem to have captured the mood quite well. We will just have to wait till 18th June 2010 to see if the movie is as good as the trailers are

The Runaways SA Release

Oh wow, I am really looking forward to this film and the closer it gets the more nervous I was getting that it wouldn’t be released in SA It is scheduled for release on March 19th in the USA and I just received confirmation from Nu Metro that the Runaways will be released locally on June 18th!!

The Runaways (Neon Angels) is based on lead-singer Cherie Currie’s book ‘Neon Angel’ – a reflection of her experiences as a rock star, but also delivering a strong anti-drug warning to teens and others. David Bowie’s “Space Oddity” serves as a metaphor for the narrative– a slow countdown, a surreal but spectacular rise to fame, then alienation and burnout – a long long way from home.

The movie chronicles THE RUNAWAYS from 1975 – 1977; formed by teenage girls living near Hollywood, CA., and heavily manipulated by their manager Kim Fowley as ‘jailbait rock’ (all the girls were 16 or younger when the band recorded their first album). The band ultimately succeeds on their own merits as musicians, becoming the first all-girl rock-band to ever break into the world of arena-filling hard rock acts.
