Latest comments: Last night in 82nd Annual Academy Awards were held in Hollywood, California. Anna Kendrick who was nominated for best supporting actress for her role in Up in the Air, attended The 82nd Academy Awards (The Oscar for supporting actress went to Mo’Nique for Precious). Pop Sugar share with us who they think the ‘IT’ girl will be at this years Oscars Awards. They have mentioned Anna Kendrick (Up In The Air), Zoe Saldana (Avatar) and Gabourey Sidibe (Precious). While Zoe has not actually been nominated for an Oscar both Anna and Gabourey have been and based on all the recent awards shows, I tend to agree that Gobourey will walk away with the Oscar for her Category-I haven’t seen the film but she has been cleaning up award-wise, and I don’t see why she won’t be adding an Oscar to her new ‘collection’ 
The same can be said for her co-star Mo’Nique who is in the same category as Anna

Anna Kendrick and Peter Facinelli attended the 12th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards, the reception was held at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel on Februray 17. Peter attended the Awards show with his wife, Jennie Garth. Anna’s Dresslooks very similar to the dress she wore to the Golden Globes, click the link and let me know if you agree I prefer her in a bit of colour like at the screen actors Guild awards :0 That purple dress looked absolutely beautiful

While Kristen Stewart walked away a winner last night at the BAFTA’s with her Orange rising star award, she was not the only Twilight star to attend the BAFTA’s. Twilight co star Anna Kendrick had been nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Up In The Air and also had the opportunity to present an award on the night, unfortunately Anna didn’t win the award which went to Mo’nique for her role in Precious. Robert Pattinson also presented an award on the night, for Best Original Screenplay but had not been nominated himself. Jamie Campbell Bower and his date Bonnie Wright (who you may or may not recognise as Ginny Weasley from Harry Potter) attended the Grey Goose and Soho House Afterparty.
It seems the cast members enjoyed the evening, well all but Kristen -I have looked and looked for a picture with her smiling and cannot find one, whether such a photo exists I am unsure but she definitely does not look like she is having a smashing time If you ask me, it’s probably because she hates her dress… ok it’s probably not, but I am certainly not keen on it, or Anna’s for that matter. Bonnie however looks beautiful and has come a far way since being little Ginny Weasley in the chamber of secrets

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards – the BAFTA’s, ( for the best work of any nationality seen on British cinema screens during the preceding year), will take be taking place on Sunday 21 February 2010. Anna Kendrick and Kristen Stewart were both nominated for 2010 BAFTA Awards. Anna is a nominee for Best Supporting Actress for Up in the Air and Kristen is up for a Rising Star Award. Kristen confirmed yesterday with E!Online’s Marc Malkin that she will be attending the BAFTA awards.
