So the day is finally here, in a few short hours we will be holding our New Moon Premiere! We’ve been running around like crazy people the last few days getting the final bits and pieces together to try and make the evening epic for all of you that are coming through The cinema is 99% sold out, we only had 3 tickets left before we took the booking site down this morning!
We would just like to extend our thanks to MagMark, Musica and Exclusive Books who have been generous enough to sponsor some goodies for the evening! This means that everyone coming will get something and will also stand a chance of winning prizes in the raffle just before the movie starts. Please be sure you have picked up your tickets from us in the Prive Lounge and are making your way to Cinema 4 at 7.30pm to be a part of the raffles. There will be one of the team staying in the Prive Lounge the entire evening should you be a bit late and need your goodies, you just won’t be able to win anything in the raffles 
Also be sure to check the website tomorrow where we will be uploading pics of the event, and if you feel like reviewing the movie, send it to us and we’ll include it on the site.

We’ve noticed a few people that have wanted to buy tickets to the New Moon premiere, but have stopped before the PayFast process. We’ve tried to make the whole system of booking tickets as easy and simple as possible, but realise it can be quite daunting. Here’s a step by step guide to the process.
Step 1
Select which seats you would like by clicking on them. In this example I’ve chosen seat G2
Step 2
Specifying how many tshirts you want, and what size. I’ve chosen not to by any so have left these as 0. You must also fill in your personal details now – this is so we know who you are on the evening to give you your tickets and send you a confirmation once your purchase has gone through.
Step 3
Once you have submitted the booking form from steps 1 and 2, you will be given a confirmation of what you wanted to buy. If you are happy with this, you click the “Pay Now” button. If you are not happy, you don’t have to do anything else. The system will free up the seats you selected after a while allowing you to select them again should you change your mind.
Step 4
Once you have clicked the “Pay Now” button, you will be redirected to PayFast. They are the company we have chosen to handle the processing of payments and are similar to PayPal. Here you have 4 options for payment; Credit Card, Internet Bank Transfer, UKash or a Payfast voucher. The easiest would be credit card and then internet bank transfer.
If you chose credit card, it will ask your for your details. Please enter only the credit card number with no spaces or dashes between each set of digits. Once you click “Register & Pay” your payment will be processed and you will receive 3 emails; 1 from PayFast to activate your account, another from PayFast confirming your purchase and 1 from us giving you more details about the event. You can bring either the PayFast confirmation mail, or the one we sent as proof on the evening.
If you chose Internet Banking, you will be asked what bank you are from and submit the form. On the next step you will be given PayFast’s banking details as well as a reference number to use when paying. It is important you get this reference right as it will be used to verify that you have paid. Do not close the window with their details, but open a new one and log onto your internet banking. Once you have transferred the money, clicking the “Click here to verify your payment” button on the same page that gave you the banking details will complete the process. You will receive 3 emails as per the credit card method; 1 from PayFast to activate your account, another from PayFast confirming your purchase and 1 from us giving you more details about the event. You can bring either the PayFast confirmation mail, or the one we sent as proof on the evening.

Just thought I would do an update on the premiere
We are proud to say we have sold over 100 tickets!! To those of you who have bought tickets already -Thanks! To those of you who still want to attend the premiere don’t waste time booking your seats
Please remember tickets will not be on sale on the night so you need to book before hand, you can pay using EFT or Credit Card. We will be giving away Twilight related prizes such as the New Moon calendar and bookmarks.
Don’t miss this opportunity to mix and mingle with other Twilight fans but mostly -to watch New Moon!

Finally, I get to make this post and you cannot imagine my delight in being able to do so
It is official, we are holding a Premiere for New Moon. The event will take place on the 23rd of November 2009 at Montecasino in cinema 4. Tickets range from R70-R90 based on seating, which you can explore on the seating chart in the booking process. Included in this price are entries into the raffles that will be held on the evening, as well as access to the Prive Lounge.
For those of you who just can’t wait, we will be there from 5:00pm in the Prive Lounge and there will be a cash bar available. It will be a social environment for people of all ages to mingle with other fans of the series. The movie will be screened at 8pm and you are welcome to join us in the Prive Lounge for post movie discussions until 11pm. We have T-shirts available for purchase with your movie ticket in small, medium and large.

UPDATE: We have had quite a few queries about method of payment and would just like to let you know that you can pay with credit card or EFT. We also noticed that the booking process did not work correctly when middle clicking the ‘book now’ button, we have fixed this.
There has been quite a bit of talk on the forums and in comments about trying to arrange a premier for New Moon. We are happily able to say that this is definitely a possibility, but it will require a minimum of 300 people to make it feasible.
We’ve setup a quick survey (which you can fill in below) to gauge whether or not there is enough interest in this and ask that you get all your friends and family to fill it in and come along!
We’re planning it for the 21st of November at Monte Casino, so unfortunately you’ll have to be in Johannesburg to attend; unless you want to make a weekend out of it and join us from wherever you are
