Some good news It seems NuMetro have brought the release of Eclipse forward a couple of days 
It’s now scheduled for release on Wednesday the 30th of June. I wonder if this is going to be their midnight premiere, or if they just plan on showing it from this date onward

We’ve given the site a mini makeover with changes to the header and background. Our official TwilightSeries logo is also now featured in the header. Some of the other changes include:

There has been quite a bit of talk on the forums and in comments about trying to arrange a premier for New Moon. We are happily able to say that this is definitely a possibility, but it will require a minimum of 300 people to make it feasible.
We’ve setup a quick survey (which you can fill in below) to gauge whether or not there is enough interest in this and ask that you get all your friends and family to fill it in and come along!
We’re planning it for the 21st of November at Monte Casino, so unfortunately you’ll have to be in Johannesburg to attend; unless you want to make a weekend out of it and join us from wherever you are

We have quite a bit of news this month and the announcement of our competition winner!

August was a great month for us after the drama of the down time in July and we hope to continue to grow this site into a Twilight community for all fans from across the globe.

Hot on the heels of Comic-Con 2009, and in the shadow of the moon is Twilight Proms.
Twilight Proms is a brand new style of weekend event for fans of the Twilight saga! This event will be held from Friday 18th – Sunday 20th of September 2009 and will be split into two venues!
Taking place in both London on Friday night and Saturday, then moving on to Birmingham for Saturday night and Sunday it will feature Kellan Lutz (Emmett Cullen), Chaske Spencer (Sam Uley) and Jose Zuniga (Mr. Molina). Twilight Proms promises to be unlike any other fan event seen for Twilight so far. The schedules for both venues list events such as autograph signings, prom dancing with the visiting cast members, late night parties, quizes and auctions.
The exciting thing that makes this event different is the level of interaction with the stars. A lot of “for-the-fan” events seem to forget that they are just that – for the fan – and end up alienating the people that make the series the success that it is.
Organised by Massive Events, they are also making sure that this is not once off by having yet another Twilight event in October which has already sold out!
It’s awesome to see the success of Twilight echo’d by these events where the fans turn up in numbers and the stars don’t just make an appearance, but mingle with everyone openly. Good luck with the event guys, and we look forward to hearing about it!

As you probably know, we are running a competition where the person that refers the most visitors to the site will walk away with a special edition DVD and poster.
