We’ve noticed a few people that have wanted to buy tickets to the New Moon premiere, but have stopped before the PayFast process. We’ve tried to make the whole system of booking tickets as easy and simple as possible, but realise it can be quite daunting. Here’s a step by step guide to the process.
Step 1
Select which seats you would like by clicking on them. In this example I’ve chosen seat G2

Step 2
Specifying how many tshirts you want, and what size. I’ve chosen not to by any so have left these as 0. You must also fill in your personal details now – this is so we know who you are on the evening to give you your tickets and send you a confirmation once your purchase has gone through.

Step 3
Once you have submitted the booking form from steps 1 and 2, you will be given a confirmation of what you wanted to buy. If you are happy with this, you click the “Pay Now” button. If you are not happy, you don’t have to do anything else. The system will free up the seats you selected after a while allowing you to select them again should you change your mind.

Step 4
Once you have clicked the “Pay Now” button, you will be redirected to PayFast. They are the company we have chosen to handle the processing of payments and are similar to PayPal. Here you have 4 options for payment; Credit Card, Internet Bank Transfer, UKash or a Payfast voucher. The easiest would be credit card and then internet bank transfer.
If you chose credit card, it will ask your for your details. Please enter only the credit card number with no spaces or dashes between each set of digits. Once you click “Register & Pay” your payment will be processed and you will receive 3 emails; 1 from PayFast to activate your account, another from PayFast confirming your purchase and 1 from us giving you more details about the event. You can bring either the PayFast confirmation mail, or the one we sent as proof on the evening.

If you chose Internet Banking, you will be asked what bank you are from and submit the form. On the next step you will be given PayFast’s banking details as well as a reference number to use when paying. It is important you get this reference right as it will be used to verify that you have paid. Do not close the window with their details, but open a new one and log onto your internet banking. Once you have transferred the money, clicking the “Click here to verify your payment” button on the same page that gave you the banking details will complete the process. You will receive 3 emails as per the credit card method; 1 from PayFast to activate your account, another from PayFast confirming your purchase and 1 from us giving you more details about the event. You can bring either the PayFast confirmation mail, or the one we sent as proof on the evening.
